1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") govern the relationship between W88Cric (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service made available through the website located at w88cric.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

3.4 Employee and Affiliate Restrictions

Employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates of W88Cric and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold or operate a player Account on the Platform without prior written consent from the Platform's management.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, the User must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. The Platform reserves the right to require additional information at any time.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing the first withdrawal request and at any other time the Platform deems appropriate, Users are required to submit the following documentation for identity verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back — or an equivalent government-issued photo ID for non-Malaysian residents;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days, showing the User's registered address;
• Selfie Verification: A real-time photograph of the User holding their identity document, as may be requested;
• Payment Method Verification: Where applicable, evidence of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds.

4.3 Account Security

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. Any activity conducted through the Account using the correct login credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by the Account holder. 5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available to eligible Users for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Users may access and use the sports betting, live casino, slot, and related services in accordance with these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each product or game.

5.2 Device and Access Requirements

The User is responsible for ensuring that their device, internet connection, and software are adequate to access the Platform. W88Cric does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for disruptions caused by third-party internet service providers, device incompatibilities, or scheduled maintenance windows.

5.3 Communication

By registering an Account, the User consents to receive transactional communications from the Platform including but not limited to account verification, security alerts, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal notifications. Users may opt out of promotional communications at any time through their account settings.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels, subject to availability and applicable minimum and maximum limits:

• FPX Online Banking and DuitNow QR;

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to return deposits to their source if the identity of the funding source cannot be verified.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into the Account or that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically 5–30 minutes;
• FPX / Bank Transfer: Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours;
• Cryptocurrency: Typically 10–45 minutes (subject to network congestion).

All withdrawal requests require the Account to be KYC-verified, active wagering requirements to be fully met, and the requested amount to be within applicable daily and monthly withdrawal limits. The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal may be processed. The standard wagering multiplier applicable to welcome bonuses is between 10x and 20x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus subject to a 15x wagering requirement would require the User to place cumulative bets of at least RM1,500 before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to the clearance of wagering requirements. As a general guideline:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements;
• Sportsbook / Sports Betting: 100% on qualifying markets (pre-match and live), subject to minimum odds conditions;
• Live Casino Table Games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10–20% contribution;
• Poker and Other Specialty Games: May contribute 0% — check individual promotion terms.

7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Activity

While a bonus balance is active on an Account, the maximum permitted single wager is RM50 per bet or spin, unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being voided.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been claimed or whose wagering requirements have not been completed within the stated validity period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting — will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without replacement or compensation.

7.6 Abuse and Misuse of Bonuses

The Platform reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings if it determines that the User has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, pattern wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Determination of such conduct is at the sole discretion of the Platform.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the Platform's sportsbook rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical error or pricing mistake, regardless of whether the outcome of the event has been determined.

8.2 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on events including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC bouts, and cricket internationals are offered at the Platform's discretion and are subject to automatic suspension at any time. Bets accepted during a market suspension are void and will be refunded to the User's account balance.

8.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The Platform's RNG has been independently tested and certified. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for individual slot titles are available within the game interface. The Platform is not responsible for game result outcomes that are statistically within the normal range of variance.

8.4 System Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, the Platform reserves the right to void all bets or game rounds affected by the error and refund stakes to the User's account. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method to fund an Account;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation in connection with sports events on which the User has wagered;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform in any automated fashion;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any unlawful financial transaction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Circumventing the Platform's responsible gambling controls, including self-exclusion tools.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and the compilation thereof is the exclusive property of W88Cric or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any derivative work without the prior written authorisation of W88Cric.

The W88Cric brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are proprietary to the Platform. Use of these marks in any context — including for comparative advertising, affiliate promotion without written consent, or domain registration — is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, W88Cric shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, business, or data arising from use or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruption to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure events, or third-party service disruptions;
• Any errors in odds, game results, or account balances that are the result of a technical malfunction and that the Platform has taken reasonable steps to rectify;
• Any loss arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms or the failure to adequately secure their Account credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from any cause.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by the Platform

W88Cric may suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe; or receipt of a valid regulatory instruction.

12.2 Termination by the User

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the Platform via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14. Amendments to these Terms
